Artillery Kills 70 Ukraine Soldiers

KYIV, Ukraine (AP) —More than 70 Ukrainian soldiers were killed after Russian artillery hit a military base in Okhtyrka, a city between Kharkiv and Kyiv, the head of the region wrote on Telegram.
