(ChurchLeaders) Two board members of Cedarville University in Ohio have resigned after the Board of Trustees decided to reinstate Dr. Thomas White as president. White had been on administrative leave because of how he handled the hiring and firing of Dr. Anthony Moore, who was terminated in April after details emerged about his past sexual misconduct.
“The events surrounding the hiring of Dr. Anthony Moore and the five year plan of his restoration was seriously flawed from the beginning and poorly implemented once he arrived at Cedarville,” wrote former board member Daniel Akin.
