
(ForEveryMom) It’s been fourteen months since the coronavirus pandemic changed life as we know it, and moms across the country are feeling the strain.
A new survey conducted by TODAY Parents, found that 83% of moms are suffering from burnout as a result of pandemic parenting.
“My mental health was really suffering for a while,” Michelle Hudson, a mom from New York shared. “Being a parent isn’t easy to begin with, but then add on being contained in a home, limiting social interactions, working full time and taking care of the household.”
The online survey, which collected responses from over 1,300 moms, found that 69% of moms are feeling overwhelmed, while 64% reported that the past year has been “extremely hard.
