Netflix Animated Series Criticizes NRA by Portraying Jesus as Pro-Gun, Sex-Obsessed

(Christian Headlines) A cartoon series took shots at the National Rifle Association (NRA) and gun rights in a controversial video featuring Jesus Christ.

According to Newsbusters, the video was part of the fourth episode of the Netflix animated sitcom Paradise PD. It’s third season was released on March 12.

The episode, titled “Trigger Warning” highlights how the city of Paradise was spiraling out of control with its gun problem.

One of the show’s characters, Officer Kevin Crawford, is impacted by an anti-gun video made by filmmaker and activist Michael Moore.
