(syracuse.com) 2020 presidential candidate Kanye West continues to raise questions about his White House bid.
The Hill reports the 43-year-old rapper received just 2% support in a new Politico-Morning Consult national poll released Wednesday as he seeks to get on the ballot in several states. West received 2% of the Black vote, 4% of the Hispanic vote, and 6% among Generation Z voters, many of whom are old enough to vote for the first time in November.
According to Politico, the poll further showed Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden with a 9-point lead over President Donald Trump, a Republican, and the numbers are unchanged with or without West on the ballot.
But is the GOP still hoping West can be a “spoiler” for Biden in battleground states?
