(ForEveryMom) Like everything else this year, the Billboard Music Awards looked significantly different Wednesday Night. The award show was originally scheduled for April 29 in Las Vegas, but was delayed due to coronavirus and instead held Wednesday at Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles without a live audience.
The night saw performances by Alicia Keys, Demi Lovato, and Garth Brooks among several other knock-out artists. But perhaps the most poignant of the night was a performance by John Legend just two weeks after he and his wife Chrissy Teigen suffered a tragic pregnancy loss.
