Jinger Duggar’s Husband Jeremy Vuolo Opens Up About Difficult Past—Says 2008 Arrest Was ‘A Turning Point for Me’

(ForEveryMom) Jinger Duggar’s husband, Jeremy Vuolo, is giving viewers a powerful glimpse into his testimony, recalling the work God has done in his life.

In a preview of Tuesday’s episode of Counting On, the former professional soccer player opens up about the moment he re-dedicated his life to Christ, and began his pursuit of Christian ministry.

After playing soccer all through college, and being signed to the New York Red Bulls, Vuolo says he was ”living a life that wasn’t honoring to Christ.”

“I ended up getting arrested,” he said. “I was drinking, I was partying in college, just being a foolish young guy.”
