(ForEveryMom) Simone Biles took to Twitter Tuesday to defend her unapologetic support for abortion and a woman’s right to choose.
It all started Monday when the winningest gymnast of all time asked her 6.9 million Instagram followers submit their “unpopular opinions” so she could give her own take on them. When one user shared the “unpopular opinion” that “abortion is wrong,” Biles responded with some strong points in support of abortion.
“I already know this is going to start the biggest argument [and] may even lose followers, but I’m very much pro-choice,” the 24-year-old wrote. “Your body, your choice.”
