Hackers Hijack Twitter Accounts of Obama, Biden, Kayne West, Apple and Others

(U.S. News) Some of the most prominent figures in politics, entertainment and business appeared to have their Twitter accounts hacked Wednesday evening in a massive security breach perpetrated by actors running a bitcoin-related scam.

The accounts of former President Barack Obama, former Vice President Joe Biden, billionaire Bill Gates, rapper Kayne West, tech titan Elon Musk, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, investor Warren Buffett and many other high-profile figures appeared to be compromised. The hackers also targeted the corporate accounts of Apple, Wendy’s, Uber and other corporations.
