President Reagan made National Ice Cream Day fall on every third Sunday of July, and it’s been celebrated ever since 1984. Despite the fact that the world looks a little different this year, the holiday isn’t changing. These ice cream shops and brands are all offering incredible deals in honor of the holiday.
