Cam Newton posted on Instagram for the first time since testing positive for the COVID-19 virus. This past Saturday he was placed on the COVID-19/reserve list and will not play in the rescheduled game on Monday night at the Kansas City Chiefs.
In Newton’s post he said, “I never will question God’s reasoning; just will always respond with, ‘Yes Lord.’ I appreciate all the love, support, and well wishes. I will take this time to get healthy and self reflect on the other amazing things that I should be grateful for!”
