(LifeSiteNews) David Benham, one of the Benham Brothers, was arrested Saturday while sidewalk counseling outside an abortion center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Several members of Love Life, a pro-life group active in North Carolina, were also arrested, including three pastors.
Senator Ted Cruz, R-TX, called Benham’s arrest “unconstitutional.”
The Benham Brothers, David and Jason, gained significant media attention in 2014. At the time, HGTV canceled a proposed reality TV show that was going to feature the pro-life and pro-family evangelicals.
