(Sports Spectrum) Twins Jason and Devin McCourty have played together in the New England Patriots’ secondary for the past two seasons, Jason at cornerback and Devin at safety.
Now the pair is teaming up again, this time with a $90,000 donation to secure Chromebooks for students in the New York metropolitan area who have been forced to do their schoolwork at home during the coronavirus pandemic.
“They were going through a problem, which is not having enough devices to administer to the students,” Jason told CBS New York. “We do a lot of work in education. It is something that we feel is very important, so we thought, ‘Why not?’ Start here.”
