Dolly Parton Is Making a $1 Million Donation to Coronavirus Research

(Staff) Dolly Parton took to Twitter to announce that she is donating a million dollars to Vanderbilt for COVID-19 research.

Parton said that her longtime friend and doctor at Vanderbilt informed her that they are seeing exciting advancements toward a COVID-19 cure.

My longtime friend Dr. Naji Abumrad, who’s been involved in research at Vanderbilt for many years, informed me that they were making some exciting advancements towards research of the coronavirus for a cure.
